In our daily hectic life its really very tough to get time for workout or to go to gym but spending few minutes in a day not that much difficult. So let check some of the easy and simple exercise which can be done in home.

International Day of Yoga


International Day of Yoga, or commonly and unofficially referred to as Yoga Day, is celebrated annually on 21 June since its inception in 2015. An international day for yoga was declared unanimously by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice originated in Bharat or India.

Lets celebrate the world yoga day with doing 10 basic and effective yoga.

Neck Exercise

Neck is a very important part of our body, it holds our head upright. We use it but we forgot to maintain its flexibility. This will create problem, sometimes we feel pain or stiffness in our neck. This will turn to spondylosis sometimes. By doing few simple and easy exercise we can avoid this critical issue.

Shoulder Exercise
Sometimes we feel sore neck or shoulder. Common lifestyle causes of neck and shoulder pain. It may happen due to maintain a same posture for a long time (seating on a chair) or seating in front of a computer for a long time. Need to remember that shoulder is not just a single joint; there is a communication among other parts of body like neck, back. By doing few simple exercise we can avoid such situation.

I will divide shoulder exercise into two parts. If you are facing any shoulder/neck stiffness issue or if you are the beginner then please start with part 1.

One day one of my colleagues told me that he is facing wrist pain issue. Wrist pain is a common complaint for many people. It may happen due to maintain a static posture for long time, like using keyboard/computer for long time or phone. I have suggested him few exercises. After continuing with those exercises, now he is fine.

Whole world is going through a very difficult situation. We are facing a hard time. This lethal CORONA virus shows us another pandemic. In current situation we are all lockdown or in home quarantine for our safety reasons. In such time it is very important to be healthy and in positive mental attitude. Also important to increase or maintain our immunity in a good level.
