(UNGA). Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice originated in Bharat or
India.

Neck is a very important part of our body, it holds our head upright. We use it but we forgot to maintain its flexibility. This will create problem, sometimes we feel pain or stiffness in our neck. This will turn to spondylosis sometimes. By doing few simple and easy exercise we can avoid this critical issue.

It may happen due to maintain a same posture for a long time (seating on a
chair) or seating in front of a computer for a long time. Need to remember that

of body like neck, back. By doing few simple exercise we can avoid such
situation.
I will divide
shoulder exercise into two parts. If you are facing any shoulder/neck stiffness
