Dakshineswar and Belur Math Diary

We have chose Saturday morning for that visit. Booked a cab and directly reached to Vivekananda Setu (setu - bridge).

We preferred to get down on Vivekananda Setu to get some picture of Dakshineswar Temple.

Walked all the way to Dakshineswar Temple.

As per Hindu customs for praying or worshipped god you need little stuff (like flower, agarbatti, candle and sweets) but don’t worry those are not mandatory. Anyway we brought those stuffs by nearby shops dedicated for the same.

After completion of the prayer, we came out from the temple and went to nearby road side stall for food. Yes you can get good tasty food (called kochuri).
